Joy in a Bundle.

 

I LOVE shooting newborns! Here is my latest session with this adorable little boy! I also happen to LOVE his name, Ridley… isn’t he just to die for! He had so many great faces that he kept us laughing the whole time. He also stayed awake for the entire almost two hour shoot!

I took these of my parents back in the fall… fully intending to frame and gift them to my parent for Christmas. Over the busy months that followed this set was lost in some obscure folder on my computer and I completely forgot about them. :( 

Trust me Mom and Dad… you will still be getting these in printed form, because that’s just how you guys work. I am SO sorry for letting these beauty's get away. I love you more then words can express. You have not only been amazing parents, but wonderful at sowing the word of the Lord deep into my soul. Thank you a million times over!

Dallas Photowalk with Brian Braun

I had the opportunity to go on a Photowalk with professional photographer Brian Braun this weekend in Downtown Dallas. It was a totally new experience for me and I loved every minute of it! I went with my good friend Andi and we were in the company of several professional (really awesome) photographers. We all shot while they shared tips and ideas and my creativity flame was set ablaze. It is now my personal goal to do this at least once a month. Just pick a new location and shoot.
