Newborn.

I could not pick a favorite, so I just had to post all of the ones here that I did on my site. :) It was hard enough to narrow it down to a “preview selection.” And yes, I must admit this makes me want another… just sayin. ;) I was quite nervous about this session. It was my first newborn session and my first session completely indoors. But with the help of a window, these are shot without the use artificial lighting and I am very pleased with them. I have five other sessions waiting to be edited, but this one completely stole my heart. If I have mentioned it before, I am LOVING this!

Zoo Day

A couple of weeks ago we ventured to the zoo with some great friends of ours. It was a lot of fun as you can see by the pictures, they even got to feed a giraffe!!! I love this life that the Lord has richly blessed me with!

Belly Beauty.

  

I had the opportunity to do my first maternity shoot last week! I was nervous about this one for so many reasons, one of which was the that fact that it was my first indoor shoot, but I am very pleased with the results! Hop over HERE if you want to see the rest.

Handsome Three.

These are some of our wonderful friends! I cannot begin to describe how thankful we are for this family. In so many ways they have blessed us. Their handsome little guy was turning three so we did a shoot. The day turned out to be really windy, but we were troopers and were still able to get some cute shots. There are a few more over HERE.

I had so much fun with this family! We just met at the shoot and yet it felt like I had known them for years! Their little cutie was just a blast to photograph, she really enjoyed the attention! ;) Click over HERE to see the rest.

NM Sunsets.

New Mexico sunsets are stunning! Here is a shot I took after a shoot and really, the night, the sky, the clouds, it could not have been more perfect. As I see God’s glorious works I am in awe of what He does and how He just paints the sky to show us a glimpse of his glory. That He gives us these beautiful things as reminders of Him in this fallen world.

Think on him this weekend. As you go about your busy lives, remember Him in a mighty way. Let Him move you. Let Him into your core and change you. Give to Him your time this weekend so that He might fill your soul.

Fun.

I made my first major purchase with some of the money I’ve made thus far on photo shoots, a lighting system for my camera! This opens up a whole new world to me. I actually have no clue what I’m doing, but its so much fun to play around with! I got lucky that I have two of the most beautiful models to practice on! :)
